6 hour interview broken up into 6 one-on-one sessions. Everyone was really nice and they take you out to lunch. Lots of technical questions and very few personality test questions.
The reason for the negative experience is because nobody was actually prepared to interview me. The whole operation was extremely disorganized. Also, they rescheduled but forgot to tell me...so I basically just waited around for several hours while they finished up other meetings.
The head of marketing was particularly spaced out. I would have worked very closely with this guy, but he clearly did not care about the interview at all. I probably would have declined their offer if they had called back.
