Interview
The entire process was very courteous, professional and friendly. Every stage was thoughtfully explained. I very much enjoyed and appreciated everyone involved for their thoroughness. Being treated like a Human being, unlike some other experiences. Cannot thank those I met enough. The actual spoken interview was a breath of fresh air, handled with experience and consideration. Very impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.

Interview
I had interviewed with 3 people. We talked about my work history and experiences. They showed me around. They had me do the work to see if I am capable of working with small parts. They asked me if I knew how to solder. If you know how to solder, they will give you a solder test. After all of that, I was told that the agency will contact me if they are interested in me.
