Novartis Director Level Role interview questions

After 5 1hr long interviews, I was completely ghosted for the role. Followed up multiple times after waiting over a week, and no reply. This was for a Director-level role in the Cambridge office, and involved high level positions within the company. I am SHOCKED that a company of this size and stature would do something like this. How unprofessional.
