I applied for another position months ago and i have been interviewed for that, but the result was a negative answer. They contacted me for the position of Marketing Analyst because they thought i had the right profil, even thought i didn't apply. The first interview was about 2 hours with the Head and the manager of the department. They insisted that i should decide if i really wanted this job. The interview was in depth about my knowlegde and my experience. The next day i contacted them and say that i was really interested. I went one week later for the second interview which was with the HR person and the Manager of the department. I took 2 hours and it was about my personality and my skills. I thought the interview went well but i never got an answer, even they told me that they would decide within a week who would pass to the third step.
