I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Novartis (Cambridge, MA) in May 2021
Interview
Initial call discussing skill set through microsoft teams. It was discussing about my past professional experiences & how it would contribute to the job role. I applied through online website (career section) which was okay. They, themselves, looked confused as heck & I couldn't hear one of the HR people speaking until I politely told them.
I didn't know that ghosting candidates would be part of this company's protocol. Jobs requiring my kind of specialization are scarce in my area therefore I opted for outside regions.
No response after four weeks of initial call. I get straight automatic rejection email & the same job gets posted but I was told they will be in touch with me and will send me the email regarding job update. Never applying for a company who cannot give 2 cents to reply back after a month.

Average process, 2 phone calls, and one onsite interview. Process was a bit rushed for delay from their end upon reaching back to me with an answer or offer. I did not get the job but I found out from another recruiter who I hadnt worked with.
