I applied online. I interviewed at Novartis (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Phone interview for 20 min first. On site for a day met with several people and offer came in soon in a week. It was very pleasant experience overall. People are super nice and the questions are routine and standard.
Started with an HR discussion, and a presentation on my recent research work. Then followed by Competency-based and technical interviews which included straightforward and standard statistical-based questions and great experience.
