2 interviews in person, 2 interviews per phone. The complete process took 6 months. The interviewers changed every time. In the end I was perfectly matched with the job, i.e. my skills were a good fit for the position and I feel comfortable doing the job.

Planning of the interview is very smooth. HR is good at that. I recieved a packet about the company brochure and interview schedule. The in-person interview day is not very pleasant. One interviewer missed the interview without any notice in advance, which made me upset.
