Novartis WAN Service Manager interview questions

Applied online and got almost immediate follow-up. Interview with hiring manager was by phone as he was based in US. Call was professional and of an average difficulty. Just after a week later I had a follow-up phone interview with the hiring manager's manager. This call was more difficult and directed at understanding specific competencies and experience. Very professional and an experienced interviewer. Unfortunately there has been little feedback after the process. After 3 months i have still to hear back apart from an enquiry I made after a month, at which point the were still considering the position.
