Started with a phone screening which was pleasant and found out quickly that I would move on to the interview process. Some of the interviewers were great, but some of them were very unprepared and gave very hostile energy like they didn’t want to be doing the interview. They all raved that the community at the company is great and that everyone is pleasant and works well together as a team. Meanwhile after being scheduled for 3 interviews back to back, I received my rejection from an automated email instead of the actual recruiter. Just don’t even make people go through that process if you don’t even care.
