Interviewer was Narsistik and self-righteous attitude. He only wanted to prove that I am not a good candidate from the beginning of the interview. It was hostile and very combative attitude towards me. He seems to relish that he is in a power position that he don't not need to talk to anyone if he decided to hire anyone for the role. Narsistik attitude with a self-righteous views was projected by him to me. Within the first 15 seconds of the interview I knew I will not be hired with his attitude. All throughout the interview I was very respectable and communicated in a humble manner, I was trying to convert the interview to more humble discussion of experiences. But Narsistik attitude with a self-righteous views will win the day. Now or in any future I will not apply for Novelis ever again.
