Interview
The first contact with Novelis was a phone interview with the talent aqc specialist. They were very friendly and interested to better understand my experience and what kind of position/career development I was looking for. After the phone interview they invited me for a set of presencial meetings with different internal stakeholders for the particular position I was applying for. They were very structured and well organized. I received the schedule for the interviews in advance and information regarding who was interviewing me (which I really appreciate because you get to research who is interviewing you in advance). Everyone in the organization was very profesional, Polite and clear in explaining the role challenges.
