I had 4 round of interviews. First with hiring manager, then with lab supervisor, then technicians, and finally the principal engineers and scientists. They will try to ask questions to obtain information about your personality and work ethics. The interview process is smooth and they will allow you to ask them questions. However, after the interview you will likely get ghosted. I got a rejection for the position I interviewed first and then got an email saying that they want to continue with me. I had interviews again and got ghosted. They like to have their options open and keep people in the wait-list. Overall, I do not like the company's approach in treating applicants
