I was ghosted by Novocure. I had 4 interviews and was told I would move on to the next round and it would be scheduled the following week. I never heard from them again. I can’t imagine this is the narrative leadership at Novocure wants to be out there for potential talent. This company serves cancer patients in an amazing way. Time to close the circle with the other important characteristics of your company to ensure you attract strong candidates in the future.
