Questions consisted of experience in a retail environment and how you would react to specific opportunities you might run in to with guests or coworkers, if you have a strong work ethic and take pride in what you do, you have nothing to worry about.

Initial phone call for screening, then two in-person interviews in the store. The in-person interviews included store and applicable department managers. Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. It was an easy going process and they definitely want to like you.

Phone interview, in person interview, paperwork. All quite good. Angel had a list of questions ready and it was smooth, like talking to a friend. I low balled myself on rate of pay and Angel agreed but oh well. Still happy to be a Nugget associate
