I had to reach out to hiring staff on LinkedIN to even get the process started. This company is asleep at the wheel as far as their hiring process. I've seen the same jobs posted over and over and over again. I've been hearing that they're circling the drain waiting to be made an offer from Reveal like a lot of small and medium sized Legal Tech firms. Look at the reviews from people that actually work(ed) there. They're in total chaos trying to find their footing in an industry undergoing severe instability. Their tech is behind by 3 years.
The HM did not even bother showing up for official interview #1 and had to reschedule. My recuitment POC predictably blamed the technology rather than her poor follow-through for the mistep. Super unprofessional behavior all around. When I finally met with the HM, it was clear he was just going through the motions. Almost like the interview was forced on him or he was guilted into it.
A couple of days later I got rejection email spammed. I asked my POC what was going on and if they were still moving forward. She lazily blamed the technology again and wouldn't give me a straight answer. A couple days after that I was officially rejected with a very nebulous, cagey reason as to why they wouldn't be moving forward. "we have identified another candidate who we feel has stronger experience in the gap areas we are seeking and within the EDRM" Of course, I was never told what exactly those gap areas were during or after the process. This place is a joke. It's no wonder we were routinely beating them on every government contract at my last company... that was also circling drain.
