The process took about 2 weeks for 4 rounds of interviews. The interviewers respond promptly and the waiting time is really less compared to other companies. Firstly, I was asked to take a technical test on Hacckerrank. There were 3 coding questions and 2 technical questions to answer. This was a 4hrs remote computer test. After 2 days, Nuix got back to me saying they liked my tech test on Hackkerrank and would like to proceed with F2F interviews. Two interviews over Microsoft Teams - 1hr technical with 2 developers and 1hr behavioral interview with 2 other folks from the team. The technical interview had a coding challenge via Google sheets and there were few oral QAs too. They asked the Time Complexity and Space Complexity calculation for the logic I wrote. In the behavioral round, there were situational questions like - how would you take criticism during code reviews, etc. Once these two interviews were done, they got back EOD same day regarding the next round. A 30min interview with the Engg. Manager was scheduled 2days laters. There were design questions and more on the best coding practices would you recommend for certain scenarios. The result of this was also by EOD of the same day. The interviewers were all friendly and questions were all more scenario based (even the coding challenges). Overall, the interview experience was good!
