The interviewer is located in Washington DC, and the time set up process for the first round interview is all through email communication. I have to take annual leave to do the interview at 9am in Sydney (10pm their time). I've waited for 20mins and no one showed up in the team meeting. Sent a follow-up email, but after a week still no reply. It's completely fine to cancel the interview if you have more suitable candidates, but at least the company should respect other people's time and let them know beforehand. I would not recommend this company.
