After taking a 30 minute SAT-esque recorded test, I was offered a initial interview with a recruiter, which was one of the oddest experiences of my life. She muted herself at one point so there was no interpersonal feedback, I was just talking to myself. She had absolutely no knowledge of the role or the expectations and was unable to answer any of my questions. AS I WAS ON THE PHONE, she sent me the automatically generated rejection email. All in all, a very odd and unprofessional process.
