Initial comunication was via email, HR rep asked to set up an phone interview. A time and day were agreed upon but HR rep never called or made contact with no response to follow-up email. A month later a different HR rep made contact and set up a phone interview. Interview contsisted of a string of behavior based quesitons. Rep was not overly engaging and phone connection had an echo.
