Phone screening and phone interview within one week of each other. I was later contacted for the in person interview roughly two weeks after and had 3 back to back interviews at the San Jose office. Each interview was roughly 30 minutes and all of the questions were pretty different, some about past job experience and some regarding future goals and abilities.
