They conduct the interview process very professionally and friendly . They provide feedback to you on a timely manner from the first phone interview. They surely scrutinize you to ensure you have the related knowledge and the experience. I had 3 phone screenings, one with HR, one with the hiring manager and one with the senior director. And then, an onsite interview with the whole cross functional team including some executives . They ask you to give them examples , scenarios and the techniques used to solve problems. If you refer to a mathematical model or a formula , make sure to explain how you use the model or what calculations are involved . I really had a good experience and enjoyed it.
