I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nutanix (Portland, OR) in Sep 2016
Interview
Just as I was boarding the plane to emigrate from the UK to the US, a UK based recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin. I was then put in contact with the US team, and conversations with the SE and sales team began to take place.
As the SE role wasn’t required for a few months, it gave me some time to further research Nutanix’s offering and build my desire to work there. One the role was ready to be filled, I interviewed with the hiring manager and local AE, who gave great insight into Nutanix life. I then had two further technical based interviews with Senior SE’s, these were mainly conversational as opposed to being put on the spot. From each interview I learnt more about Nutanix life and the product. There was then a final interview with the SE director.
