I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was very friendly and focus, had a couple of calls, a design exercise in the actual product I will be working and 1:1 interviews with the team all of them with different focus, some people were more interested in my experience, other how I related to projects and other people.

They wanted to know about my experience as a designer but also how I related to other people and projects.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nutanix in Dec 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out, immediately scheduled an interview with the hiring manager the next day. After this interview, there was a year end holiday so the next interview was scheduled as soon as possible with her manager. This interview went well and I was asked to send additional files of my work. Weeks went by and they never responded. I found this very unprofessional considering how far I had gotten in the process.
