The process was very quick, only taking me about a week or so.
Started off with an on-site interview in Champaign. First half just behavioral, asking about my experiences and how I'd deal with certain situations. The second half was technical, which admittedly I completely bombed. My interviewer was extremely nice about it though, taught me exactly what I did wrong and what I needed to do, and went on to talk to me about other tech-related subjects rather than continuing on with questions. After this, I figured my interview process was done, but I received an email about two weeks later asking for a skype interview. This one started off tech, and ended behavioral. They gave me some readings beforehand (also some provided by my first interviewer). Reading extensively through these, I was extremely well prepared and the tech half was a breeze. The interviewers were both pretty casual, they kept things very relaxed and made the interview a lot easier with how friendly they were. Next, I talked to a head of recruiting team, who asked me why I'd want to work there. About a week and a half later, I got a call with an offer!
Overall, the process was awesome. Nutanix was extremely friendly and very educational throughout the interview process and I'm very excited to work with the team!
