The interview process was very long and thorough. It not only gave them a chance to learn about me but I got to learn a tremendous amount about the company as well. Everyone I spoke with was very enthusiastic and driven. The culture is very inviting and inclusive. My one complaint was the length of the on-boarding process was a bit longer than I expected.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first is with a recruiter, then a manager, then the CEO. All 3 are extremely kind and motivating, and they are super gentle with their questions. They speak to you in a way that allows you to feel relaxed and comfortable.
