I applied in-person. I interviewed at Nutanix (Boston, MA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process went from being fairly informal, to more of a formal process later on, which was helpful because a candidate is able to make sure the opportunity is right for them before diving in. From there, a candidate speaks with employees who hold their current role and executives. This is helpful because you not only get a feel for what your day to day will be like, but you also get a better understanding of the direction of the company. By the end of the process, you have been evaluated by 6+ people and have gotten a very good feel for the position and company.

Question 1
What would differentiate me from others looking at the role
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nutanix (Doha) in Jun 2025
Interview
One of the smoothest interview experiences I’ve ever had. This company genuinely cares about people—demonstrating true professionalism at every level, from HR to the hiring manager to top leadership. A special mention to the recruitment manager, who was exceptionally supportive, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. It’s rare to see a multinational organization that still upholds such a strong human-centered culture. Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and expectations were well-defined from start to finish.

The interview process was interesting , I had 4 rounds and it took me really fast. The Recruitment team was helpful and attentive to each detail . The panel interview checks your technical background too to see how do you understand the product/solution.
