I applied online. I interviewed at Nutanix (Dubai) in Jun 2017
Interview
Usual pre-screening done by a 20ish not really knowledgeable on what the company is doing or the market positioning. Very basic textbook questions on my past achievements, what I like what I don't like, what are strengths and weaknesses and so on. Luckily I've been spared mathematics quizzes this time. I had been assured I would be contacted within a week for the outcome: went back to them repeatedly to understand the next steps without any reply or feedback. After a couple of months just discovered the position is closed (which is different from not being selected, I understood) from their recruitment web platform. I don't really like this modern way of interacting with candidates as we are investing our time to prepare for interviews out of working hours and we deserve someone (even a machine) to tell us what's going on rather than keeping us hanging on for weeks. And the position was for professionals by the way, not high school freshmen.
Looks like this fast growing company with the startup spirit and many interesting human values is already drifting towards the good old Corp and the HR automation bla bla. Would like to stand corrected in the future.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nutanix (Doha) in Jun 2025
Interview
One of the smoothest interview experiences I’ve ever had. This company genuinely cares about people—demonstrating true professionalism at every level, from HR to the hiring manager to top leadership. A special mention to the recruitment manager, who was exceptionally supportive, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. It’s rare to see a multinational organization that still upholds such a strong human-centered culture. Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and expectations were well-defined from start to finish.

The interview process was interesting , I had 4 rounds and it took me really fast. The Recruitment team was helpful and attentive to each detail . The panel interview checks your technical background too to see how do you understand the product/solution.
