Interview
The selection process can be summed up as a three stage process.
First stage was a coding test where we were required to solve two simple coding questions. The questions were such that you would be able to solve both if you have a good understanding of data structures and their implementations.
Second stage was a pen and paper test where we had to debug a C-code. You need to have a very good understanding of C-syntax and execution.
Third round was an interview round and also my favourite. In it, we had to design an algorithm to solve the given problem statement. The interviewers also guide you to arrive at the solution by giving some hints at appropriate points.

2 Phone conversations followed by On-site Interview
All rounds were mostly technical. Phones rounds were very specific to technology.
On-Site was Okay. 30 minute conversations each by Interview Panel of 4. Every interviewer has different point of view.
