The Hiring Manager took First-round, the interview with the HM went well, asked questions regarding the overall experience, general recruitment questions. The second round was with the Technical Recruiter. The technical recruiter was very rude; before even asking questions, she said my profile is not at par with Nutanix standards, and she doesn't feel I will be fit for the role. When I tried to explain my background and skillsets, she, in her thick accent, asked me to write a boolean string for just one keyword without even giving full information and saying, you just don't fit Nutanix. She in fact hung up the call 10 mins before our scheduled time. Throughout the interview, I felt humiliated and disappointed in myself and a company like Nutanix. My interview experience has been horrible with that recruiter. I will never suggest anyone interview for a company like this and will never apply for any position.
