Their Recruiting Manager reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a great chat and she shared about the company's culture and promotion path.
I wasn't prospecting public companies and when the SDR manager asked me "Why Nutanix?" I told him the truth and I guess that screwed up my shot at an on-site.
Overall, the company's sales culture seems awesome (from their video and my chat with their Recruiting Manager).
Pay for the Inbound role is a bit low compared to startups but their training and promotion path is solid.
If you're passionate about hyper-converged infrastructure solutions and want a structured sales environment over a chaotic one as in many early-stage startups, Nutanix is a great place to get into.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first is with a recruiter, then a manager, then the CEO. All 3 are extremely kind and motivating, and they are super gentle with their questions. They speak to you in a way that allows you to feel relaxed and comfortable.
