I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
A Product Manager always works in a multi-disciplinary role, but has maximum interaction within the PM team, Engineering teams and Sales teams. At Nutanix, for my interview there was healthy interaction with key Engineering leads and PM leadership. I met all the key PM leads and peers, including VP Products. I also interacted with many Engineering leads, including VP Engineering. All interactions were conversation style, and a healthy mix of assessing you on your abilities, and your character / attitude. I think a Cultural fit is very important at Nutanix, and they are looking for people who are hungry, energetic and ambitious.
