I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied for this position online and received a phone call from the Recruiter who later on scheduled a phone interview with the Manager. After the phone interview, there was a technical round with one of the Senior Reliability Engineer. During the technical round, some questions asked were unfair and not relevant to the job position. After few days after the Interview, I followed up with an email to Recruiter to know about the status. Recruiter called me with an update saying that the team has decided not to move forward with you. Why don't they follow up with candidates when they actually know about the status previously ? Also, the technical interviewer was least interested in taking the interview. When asked about the next steps, he said they will provide their feedback. If he already knows that he will not select me further, why doesn't he say it during the Interview itself ? Complete waste of time to wait for any updates later on.
