Found the job through Glassdoor, was contacted by the recruiter which asked a few basic questions, 2nd phone call with a member of the SRE team with more in depth questions, 3rd interview was done via WebEx with 4 members of the SRE team as well as the support manager, 4th interview was done via phone again with yet more SRE members asking further questions and the 5th was the cross region screening, all the people i've had the chance to talk with were really nice, helpful and understanding when i forgot something.
Also as i do not have much experience with Virtualization they decided for the most part to skip the questions regarding hypervisors and such.

Explain the CPU scheduling algorithms and the important parameters to decide the most efficient algorithms
They wanted in-depth theory knowledge on virtualization concepts, Linux Commands, Operating System Concepts, Networking Concepts, etc. since their role also aligned with that. SREs will be in constant touch with clients troubleshooting issues, which require these theory fundamentals right.

They asked about OS (Zombie/orphan processes), Networks (VLAN), virtualization concepts, linux commands, etc
Firstly, there was a test conducted on Hackerrank for all the applicants, which consisted of questions from Computer Networks, Operating System, and some aptitude questions and around 50 of us were shortlisted for the interview round.
