My experience applying for various Sales Engineer positions at Nutanix over the past four months has been extensive but unfortunately inconclusive. I've engaged in numerous interviews, including conversations with several SVPs, demonstrating a clear interest in joining the company. However, despite repeated attempts and positive interactions, I've received multiple rejections without any specific feedback on my candidacy. The extended duration and lack of transparency in the process have raised concerns about the efficiency and effectiveness of Nutanix's hiring practices. It appears that the company may not be actively filling the positions they are interviewing for, leading to a frustrating experience for potential candidates. While I appreciate the initial opportunities to connect with the Nutanix team and learn more about their products and culture, the lack of follow-through and feedback has been disappointing. I hope that Nutanix can streamline their hiring process and provide more clarity to candidates in the future.

A-MAZ-ING!!! The staff are true professionals who were very helpful and kept me informed through every step. Interviewers asked a lot of 'What do you think?" questions which lead to very insightful conversation.
