I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process is very well organised. The HR contacted me and explained me the process and what the team is looking for in the next candidate. He went over my experience to gauge my understanding of the domain. It was then followed by telephonic round with the manager. This round was more technical and understanding of why I want to work for Nutanix.
After a week, I was invited for an on-site. Prepare well for this round as this will be a challenging process, mostly comprising questions based on your resume and the 4 important pillars of Nutanix- Storage, Linux, Networking & Virtualization. It might vary for everyone based on your experience. All my interviewers were very understanding and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. If you clear this round, it will be followed by a telephonic call with an escalation engineer. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. I look forward to my journey at Nutanix.
