I interviewed at Nutanix Bangalore. Applied via a referral. On the first day there was no HR to conduct anything. I was helped by my friend who referred me. The interviewers were nice and seemed knowledgeable. I was told that I had to have 5 interviews so I took the day off. But I was told that interviewers are not available so was sent back after 3 and invited again next week for 2 more interviews. On the second day, after the interviews, where the interviews were again nice, I interacted with the HR who asked me my current salary and the expectation and if I had any other offers. I disclosed the salaries in the offer, but not the Companies. Later I received an email asking for submission of my current payslips, company joining letter and offers from other companies. At this point I told the HR that offers from other companies can't be shared as they are private and confidential, but she insisted on me sharing them and said that an offer can't be made unless that is done. I told her that this is immoral, unethical and possibly illegal. She said that she needs to check with business and would act accordingly. 3 days later I received the standard template of rejection. I am happy because it would have been a difficult decision to work in a company which compromises on ethics publicly.
