I applied to this position and got scheduled to have an interview with their Controller as they did not have any HR person at the time. This Controller does not have any HR background, did not ask much questions relating to HR.

The part that bothers me the most was that they never got back to me despite my effort contacting them several times. Of course I understand I was not picked for the position but they should at least give me a call or send me an email. They have a staffing manager and several recruiting coordinators, apparently, they are not doing their job representing their company image. I even sent a message to one of the coordinators on LinkedIn, my message went unanswered.

Recruiter screening -> Line manager interview -> Peer interview -> Stakeholder interview. Overall process took 1.5 months and involved both online and offline interviews. Some of the interviews were easier than others and overall atmosphere was friendly.
