I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was extremely well planned and coordinated. From the coordinator, recruiter, to the various folks who interviewed me, they moved very quickly. The interview questions were interesting and thought provoking. Overall was very pleased with the speed of the entire process as its never easy to align calendars of multiple folks.

Question 1
I don't recall a difficult or unexpected question as such. Folks were looking at various aspects of my experience and skills. For example, the understanding of the market, business processes, handling difficult situations, 30-60-90 day action plan. They were looking for specific examples to their questions so recommend to prospective candidates to be as specific as possible and how it relates to the role they are applying for.

Interview
It was a very through interview process. 5 1-hr interviews that Deep dive into your experiences. They look for both cultural and technical fit. Overall very smooth process from start to finish
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix in Aug 2023
Interview
Had the initial interview with recruiter but they did not show up prepared other than to provide the overall role description and company overview (although the financial background mentioned didn't match what the CEO has stated for 4Q). Recruiter did not seem to have reviewed my resume or background (even asked simple questions that were listed) and made many erroneous comments that I had to correct. The interview got to a point where it felt like I needed to read my resume to them and ask if they had any questions. Other than trying to pick apart the resume as they read through it, the recruiter never asked any standard interview questions. First time for everything, but fairly unprofessional overall (especially at this level) and I declined to move forward.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nutanix in Jan 2022
Interview
the interview process was extremely cumbersome something you thought would be a little more structured for the size of company. The interviewers we're unprepared and showed up not really engaged in the conversation. I almost dropped out immediately as my process with the recruiter was quick and added no value at all.
