I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2017
Interview
First call was with a recruiter looking to see if I was interested and chat about the position at a high level.
Second calls were two different SE's in the country to get a feel for my personality and how I work in the role.
Third call was with the SE Manager, very relaxed and casual like the other two.
We had in person meeting with the Sales Rep, SE Manager, Channel Manager and Commercial Sales Manager
After that it was a bit of a waiting game for a couple weeks before I got the offer, however I was in communication with some of the people along the way and they were letting me know their preference was to go with me, so when I got the call telling me an offer would be on the way it was not unexpected.
