Interview
The first round was a McQ round with 50 questions in 70 minutes. Easy if you are strong on Aptitude, Linux , OS , Networking and Virtualization. Then came interviews. I had 2 technical rounds which were very interesting since they are unorthodox and the interviewers checked if I could come up to an answer with hints along the way, which I mostly was able to and it was an enriching experience. After that I had an HR interview where in I was asked about what I had done till date , etc. And about myself. I was among the last 10 and they gave jobs to the other 9 ppl. To this day I don't know why .. the HR interview was not transparent.

Explain the CPU scheduling algorithms and the important parameters to decide the most efficient algorithms
They wanted in-depth theory knowledge on virtualization concepts, Linux Commands, Operating System Concepts, Networking Concepts, etc. since their role also aligned with that. SREs will be in constant touch with clients troubleshooting issues, which require these theory fundamentals right.

Firstly, there was a test conducted on Hackerrank for all the applicants, which consisted of questions from Computer Networks, Operating System, and some aptitude questions and around 50 of us were shortlisted for the interview round.
In the interview, I was asked in-depth questions about CN, OS and Cloud. Also, there was a thorough review of my resume and my projects that I had mentioned in there
