Interview
From first contact until the offer it was a breeze. Fast, efficient and very communicative. Especially taking into account that the job involves a relocation across countries and continents.
Everything was done remotely since I live in a different country where the was job is located but they are very well prepared and used to Interview non-local people.

Question 1
Questions about Linux, Networking, Virtualization (Vmware), Storage. Scenario based questions, live troubleshooting and detailed questions about the technologies involved. Questions about the Nutanix software stack.

Interview
Questions on Linux commands, operating systems and computer networks were asked. They aimed to know if we had a deep understanding on the subjects. A good experience to understand my weaknesses.
MCQ based pre-interview test and then 1 technical and 1 HR. Was told I was selected for the HR round but after waiting for 2 hrs was told to leave.
The HR themselves stated they were really happy a lot of women made it to the final rounds since they were actively trying to improve the ratio making it feel the process was always a bit biased.

Interview
I first had the technical round in which they asked about cloud, devops and linux related questions. It went pretty well but I got rejected after the 1st round. It was a very good experience as the manager was good too.
