Interview
Had 2 calls with 2 different internal recruiters, I applied for the inside sales account executive position. They completely wasted my time! The first call I had the initial recruiter went really well and I was told he would recommend me to be moved forward in the interview process and speak with a hiring manager. The next day I get an email from a different internal recruiter from asking to have another 30min phone call. I was confused at first but agreed to the call nonetheless. She immediately says she is considering me for a SDR instead of the AE role position and tell her I'm not interested at all and end the call. I have been an SDR 1.5+ and an AE for the last year and half so I feel like I more than qualified for the SDR position. Furthermore I felt like they played games and did bait and switch with the role I was orginal role I was interviewing for. Would not recommend at all kinda peeved and disappointed.

Interview
My experience was nothing short of amazing! The Nutanix team, from executives to managers to other reps conducted themselves in the most professional and personable manner possible. They made the experience portray what it would be like to be a part of the Nutanix family, which I was extremely impressed with. The icing on the cake was during the final negotiations, where they made it clear they were going to fight for me and were in my corner. Needless to say I am excited to join the Nutanix family in the coming weeks!
