1- HR screening ( experience )
2- 1 hr Technical screening ( Linux, storage, Network , virtualization)
3- 3 hrs Technical interview, starts with the managers to check ur background then 2 rounds of 2 hrs with 6 interviewers , 3 per hour, they check deeply your experience in the four topics mentioned before but in a deeper way , they care more about understanding of each topic and how will be able to solve the provided so they are testing the way you think even if u don’t remember some commands.
In Linux ( You need to have a good understanding about how to check the machine HW, SW, top command deep understanding , logs , core dumps , network , file systems)
In storage ( you need to know some details about NAS , Ssd , hdd , Raid types in details )
In network ( you need to be understanding the layers of tcp/Ip and how different protocols work ( troubleshooting protocols not routing )
In virtualization ( They need that you understand deeply about how vMoition work and could be other services related to Vmware & hyper-v)
They also like to ask little about their bible and check if you know about the company ( Manager questions ***)
