I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nutanix
Interview
Typically recruiter contacts with possible openings and then process starts from there. They have a bunch of recruiters who don't know how to shortlist candidates. Calling people from Ivy league schools and then turning them down saying profile mismatch after taking three rounds of interview(with awesome performance) is not at all professional. Think twice before you apply to this company. Nutanix, this kind of hiring process or the so called recruiters won't get you good talents. Stop playing around with the candidates like this.
In total I had 4 interview rounds, which are described as follows.
Round 1: Screening- Two coding questions, one easy and another medium to hard level coding question, both of which I solved. Basic questions on Python and Kubernetes.
Round 2: Technical (Face-to-face)-2 to 3 Coding questions of medium level. Scenario based questions according to profile. It went on for another hour.
Round 3: Technical(Face-to-Face)- Real life based problems asked including some questions on Algorithms.
Round 4: Behavioral(Face-to-Face) It went on for 2 hrs. Questions mostly on previously done work and revolve around how much understanding and experience you had in past.
All the interviewers were friendly and welcoming. I instantly loved the culture when I walked into their office. It was my dream company and I got selected :)
