I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nutanix in Mar 2022
Interview
The hiring manager attempted to bypass HR by reaching out directly to schedule a first interview. When that failed, HR scheduled a 30 minute call which went fairly well, asked standard questions and reviewed some of Nutanix's benefits. The interview with the hiring manager was immediately scheduled for the following day and then went alright as well. I determined very quickly this role wasn't the right fit for myself, and it was mutually agreed to not continue the interview process.
What struck me as odd was the initial bypass attempt, which leads me to believe there's some internal delays or struggles taking place, and the fact that HR was emailing and texting during the weekend and overnight hours. Receiving a text at 2 AM does not make for the greatest impression.

Question 1
Do you have experience planning event logistics and managing budget?
Overall I had a good experience. Had 2 phone calls and a final interview with 4 people from the sales and marketing teams. Then got the offer after a week.
It was smooth and clear and well structured. They really care about who you are and how well you can work in a team. Interview by colleagues, managers, and directors.
