The interview experience was okay but the post interview experience was horrible. There were 4 rounds of interview. 1. front end basics (html,css,js) 2. problem solving 3. front end coding 4. hiring manager The engineering manager (hiring manager) who took the 4 round reached out to me on linkedIn for a full stack developer position. My cv was shortlisted and then interviews were done. After the interviews, the HR called and told me that i have cleared all the rounds and they want to roll out the offer and asked me about all documents for joining formalities like payslips , kyc docs etc. She called again for final salary negotiation and we agreed on a amount. Now comes the scariest part which every candidate is scared of. The HR started ghosting me, she didn't pick up my calls, didn't respond to my messages. This went for 2 weeks and then she finally picked up the call and informed that this position went on for hold. Now just imagine how you will take it as a candidate who had all the expectations set of joining this company just waiting for the offer rollout to be deprived of the opportunity. Where did the candidate go wrong? 1. the hiring manager opened up the position 2. the hiring manager reached out to candidate for the position. 3. after clearing all rounds just closing the position by himself
