Overall bad experience, too many interviews and then decline without reason. They can't find resources on the market, and still they drop qualified ones for unknown reasons.
Don't make people wasting their time if you are not convinced from the first date. I am lucky not being part of your team. I understand why many people are leaving your company.

Interview
Consisted of a series of phone interviews, mostly technical question in nature. Never set foot in a Nutanix office or met my boss before I was hired. HR was very responsive, and seemed pumped about hiring me. Overall a very pleasant experience that moved pretty fast. While not "easy", the questions were not terribly difficult.
