Interview
Overall very organized and great interview process. However, the third-party contracted interview coordinators (not really sure what they're called) they schedule the interviews but they are very inconsistent and schedule at least for myself within hours of an interview rather than a 24 hour notice. Knowledge of basic linux commands, networking principles and concepts, along with storage and virtualization are important during the interview process.

Explain the CPU scheduling algorithms and the important parameters to decide the most efficient algorithms
They wanted in-depth theory knowledge on virtualization concepts, Linux Commands, Operating System Concepts, Networking Concepts, etc. since their role also aligned with that. SREs will be in constant touch with clients troubleshooting issues, which require these theory fundamentals right.
