Interview
The interview and other procedural rounds were quite a smooth process for me. 1) A coding test with medium to hard level of questions. They will definitely need you to think hard on your concepts. Expect DP and graphs along with matrix chain multiplication too. 2) After getting shortlisted in coding test, I had 3 interview rounds which went quite smooth. i) Technical round 1: I was asked 2 question, one was to complete a incomplete code and another was to write a code from scratch. Questions were medium level for me but generally they can be difficult too. Google doc is the mode of the round and you have to get out of your VS code comfort zone to write code there. ii) Technical round 2: It was mostly based on discussion over resume where we discussed the projects I had mentioned in the resume. The tech stack used in them, any skill set or tech stack I am comfortable with and even extra curricular activities mentioned by me were discussed. I was asked if I had done something coding heavy till then, but as I hadn't done till then, I refused and honesty is very important rather than lying and fumbling up on your ethics. 3) HR round: This is a personality check round where I was asked about my involvements, my future plans, my motivation to join company and some of the behavioural questions such as, What is the one time you did some sort of leadership and succeeded or failed that you want to share along with the learnings?
