I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. The questions were all straight forward. It didn't seem like there were canned questions they had to ask. Everyone's questions were unique and some of the interviews were more like conversations rather than a formal interview. However, I think I had 9 interviews! I appreciate the thorough-ness of the company and team.
I had a strange phone screen experience with this company. Not only did recruiter shame me for job hopping on my resume and went through why I left every job I’ve ever had, but they also admitted that the salary range posted on the job description was misrepresented and would be much lower. I cut the call short.
